What we need from you, by June 15
Why it's hereMissing access is the most common cause of delay, so we ask for it up front.
- Admin access to the shared inbox (Gmail), for the connection work only.
- Admin access to the field-service app.
- Access to the voicemail settings of the phone system.
- One person for questions during the build: Kim.
Not in this price
Why it's hereA fixed price needs clear limits. Anything outside them is quoted before any work starts.
- Changes to dispatch or scheduling.
- New software or a new phone system.
- Changes to the website, except the inquiry form connection.
- Work outside this plan gets a written quote first. We never bill a surprise.
What you get at handoff
- One-page system map
- Runbook: what to do when something stops
- Access list: who is admin of what
- Subscription and renewal list
- 30 days of fixes included after handoff
If we need to undo it
Why it's hereEvery change should be reversible. If one can't be, we say so before you sign.
The old inbox stays untouched for 30 days. To go back, Kim turns off the three connections in the field-service app (Settings → Integrations). The old inbox works again at once, in under 15 minutes.
