These tiers describe demonstrated partner readiness. They are not a ranking or an automatic matching order.

    Field Partner

    A registered business with at least 3 relevant projects and 1 reference.

  2. 02

    Verified Partner

    At least 5 relevant projects, 2 references, 1 supervised trial, and all four trust qualities: Visible, Owned, Controlled, and Maintainable.

  3. 03

    Trusted Partner

    At least 5 successful Trustology referrals, client CSAT of at least 4.5/5, and no unresolved complaints.
